Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices unless otherwise stated do not include VAT, freight or insurance. VAT will be charged where appropriate. Prices are subject to change without notice. All products are subject to availability.
All sales are to be prepaid or Banker's order, cleared cheque,
Debit/Credit card or bank transfer.
Company cheques will be accepted upon credit approval and special approval of the credit
department.
The goods sold remain the property of Valiant Computing UK Ltd until full payment is made. Title to the goods passes when Valiant Computing UK Ltd receives cleared funds. Risk to the goods passes to the customer at the point when delivery begins from Valiant Computing UK Ltd premises. Valiant Computing UK Ltd may recover goods supplied at any time from the customer if in the customer's possession and the due date for payment has passed.
All shipments are F.O.B. our warehouse in Andover, Hampshire. Freight and Insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customers must report any shipping damages to the carrier immediately. All shipments will be made via Valiant Computing UK Ltd appointed carrier unless otherwise specified by the customer.
Unless specified otherwise, all products are sold with the manufacturer's
limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or physical damage via shipping or
any other means.
All items are covered by a 12 month return to base warranty and are subject to the RMA
returns policy as below.
There is no implication that the products will fit any particular purpose. Please ensure
that the product is compatible with its intended use before ordering (with the original
manufacturer if necessary). Valiant Computing will not, whether expressed or implied, be
liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the products. All warranty
returns are subject to the RMA returns policy as below.
Where a manufacturer provides an on site warranty (monitors & printers), then the
purchase should be notified to the manufacturer and any warranty claims reported directly
to them or their appointed agents.
DOA products must be reported to Valiant Computing UK Ltd within 48 hours
of receipt of the goods. DOA return is subject to the RMA return policy below.
Prior to shipping product back to Valiant Computing UK Ltd, an RMA number must be obtained from our technical support department. So that we can process RMA returns promptly, the products must be returned, pre-paid, to our warehouse with the following:
A copy of the original invoice showing the serial number.
A brief note describing the problem and defective symptoms.
All original packaging including manuals and accessories.
The RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the packaging.
All "collect" shipments will be refused. Improper packaging, physical damage or alteration or removal of serial numbers will void all warranties. Any goods returned under warranty that are found not to be defective or damaged as a result of misuse (including static discharge) will be shipped back to the customer at the customers cost.
Credit will not be issued for goods purchased over 30 days. Merchandise
will be accepted for credit only if returned in "as new" resaleable condition
including original packaging and manuals. A 20% re-stocking charge will be applied. All
return for credit is subject to the RMA procedure (as described above). Valiant Computing
UK Ltd reserves the right to refuse any request to issue credit for returned product. Any
credit for returns will be applied against future purchases. No refund cheques will be
issued.
